Take chlorella away from the rest of the stack so it does not bind things you actually want to absorb.

Simple Version

For a lighter stack, start with NAC, rhodiola, citicoline, omega-3, and selenium. Add Bacopa, Lion's Mane, PQQ, chlorella, or Ketone-IQ only if they clearly help.

Longevity Stack Interaction

Omega-3 here is consolidated with the longevity stack: target 1.6-2g/day EPA+DHA total rather than counting capsules. Selenium is already 200mcg here, so a multivitamin should keep total supplemental selenium below the adult 400mcg/day upper limit.
