Simple Version

For a lighter stack, start with glycine, magnesium L-threonate, L-theanine, and taurine. Add apigenin, ashwagandha, or L-ornithine only if the simpler stack is not enough.

Cycling Notes

Longevity Stack Interaction

If adding magnesium glycinate from the longevity stack, count it with Magtein instead of treating it as a separate unlimited add-on. The current Magtein target is about 145mg elemental magnesium, and the adult supplemental magnesium upper limit is 350mg/day unless a clinician directs otherwise.
